What We Do
Experience Ultrasound was created by Esther Adams, DVM and Seth Wallack, DVM, DACVR as a virtual database and library for veterinary ultrasound. While print resources can be useful the key to learning ultrasound is seeing the range of normal to abnormal and learning when changes become significant. When there is a single textbook example in printed resources it is difficult to appreciate the range of findings that exist in the real world and difficult to appreciate subtleties. By creating a virtual library we can provide multiple examples of each pathology and the range of pathology along with the radiologist’s findings, conclusions, and recommendations. As clinicians are able to learn the intricacies of ultrasound they will gain new tools to help guide their own treatment plans and better follow up on their cases.
